As the Sport Coordinator, I offer general support to the Sport Department, focusing on National Championships, Sport Technical, International, and Coaching Programs. I am responsible for creating, organizing and leading the U SPORTS Female Apprentice Coach Program, in hopes of increasing the number of women in coaching positions across Canadian Universities, as well as managing over 10 sport technical committees. I am a direct liaison between our National Championship Host Committees and the U SPORTS office to help manage and organize the logistics leading up to all U SPORTS National Championships.

The four main areas that I focused on during my internship with the Canadian Soccer Association were, general administration, the Amway Canadian Championship, events support, and FIFA Women's World Cup Competitions and Protocol Inventory. This included providing general administrative support for the Events team, creating a digital contact list, organizing and putting together event handbooks, match day forms, and rosters, updating itineraries and schedules for staff and teams, and assisting with the coordination of event logistics including equipment inventory, shipments and car rentals.
