  Gained practical work experience through observation and assistance in a virtual classroom setting with 3rd grade students. In this role I have had the opportunity to provide full class and small group instruction and have assisted with the distribution of classroom materials. A great deal of time has been spent one on one with the instructor talking through the nuances of the virtual classroom and strategies for student engagement and growth.
