It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Jenn McCracken. I have worked with Jenn since March 2020 as her supervisor in the Externship Department at Independence University. In her role as an Extern Advisor, Jenn excelled at student and team communication, organization of workload, hitting deadlines and department metrics and problem solving to help her student’s complete externship. She is proactive and looks for opportunities to assist her team and students; she meets challenges with a productive mindset, always rising to the challenge. As an extra assignment, she took on the role of Extern Advisor trainer, always volunteering to train new Extern Advisors that joined the team and created training documents to facilitate that training. She also utilized these training skills to assist her team of Extern Advisors when they were in need of assistance or additional training. In addition, she often volunteered to lead and assist with extra projects as needed. Jenn is a dedicated employee, a positive role model, and is willing to go the extra mile. She will be an asset to any team she joins.
