As a Project Coordinator for Intertek's Personal Protective Equipment group, my responsibility is to manage the customer experience from order receipt through project completion. Project completion includes delivery of the test report, return or destruction of client samples, and delivery of a customer satisfaction questionnaire. My daily tasks as the Project Coordinator include scheduling new testing tasks, updating status of tasks which are underway, communicating project status to clients, negotiating task prioritization with Engineering Team Leaders, supporting outside sales team with price and delivery estimates. I am responsible for accelerating completion of multi-task projects by working with team leaders to manage resources, define priorities, and track progress. As the Project Coordinator, I also work on long-range planning to forecast ideal times to drive program work into the lab. - Schedule testing within 24 hours of tasks hitting the production forecast - Acknowledgement of sample receipt and test initiation window: within 24 hours of sample sorting - Provide preliminary results: Within 12 hrs of test completion, when requested - Test Report delivery: within 72 hours of test completion for Program work, within 24 hours for Private work - Work with team leaders to build and maintain a current price list of services - Support outside sales team in developing price quotes and estimating time to complete projects - Resolve any questions within 24hrs - Manage schedule on multi-task projects to ensure that projects are completed on-time - Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with program requirements - Manage communications & updates related to programs - Drive client compliance with program schedules - Work with team leaders and clients to resolve non-compliances and accelerate project completion - Conduct phone call follow-up to thank client and ensure satisfaction - Maintain record of any errors on test reports Show less As a Project Coordinator for Intertek's Personal Protective Equipment group, my responsibility is to manage the customer experience from order receipt through project completion.
