Jen and I began working together when I started at United by Blue 2014 and we were both wearing many hats at the company (nothing surprising for a start-up). Jen coordinated social media, store and web sales operations, cafe operations, and oversaw a growing team of employees. She is by far the most energetic and enterprising person that I've ever worked with. At the time of her departure in 2018 she managed teams at headquarters and across three stores in two states-- and somehow made the time to attend every waterway cleanup that United by Blue hosted in Philly! Jen's enthusiasm and friendship made United by Blue a great place to come to work everyday, and her get-it-done attitude was infectious. I hope I get the chance to work with Jen again, soon!
