MEA is a consortium of energy delivery industry organizations that connect their electric and gas employees, corporate services and management personnel to pursue operational excellence, enhancing customer and employee safety, productivity, and positive customer relations. As Electric Services Director I worked closely with over ten member-based committees to manage and administer MEA’s annual Electric Operations Technical & Leadership Summit, multiple Electric Regional Roundtables, and various other program offerings. Additionally, I worked closely with MEA executives to coordinate bi-annual Executive Summits & Board Meetings for the association's leadership. In 2015 I helped launch the organization's Emerging Professionals Group and served as the group's staff liaison.

Kinship is a community-based, one-to-one youth mentoring program. Kinship of Greater Minneapolis helps children, ages 5-15, in need of additional support to realize their potential through adult friendships.
