  At Dave's Marketplace I began as a cashier and was promoted to a customer service representative. In this role I am responsible for multiple things, As a leader, I am responsible for managing cashiers and delegating duties to them and training new cashiers. Some customer service skills I am responsible for are: preparation of the customer service office for the next business day, resolve customer service issues independently; using discretion to determine when management needed, and responsible for handling large sums of money. Along with the role as customer service representative, I am trained as a grocery clerk.
