I greatly enjoyed my years working with Jennifer. Her intelligence and process orientation coupled with Marketing talent was a powerful force for value creation in our organization. In fact, I was so impressed with her abilities and achievements, I recruited her to lead a difficult special project to create a cross-functional process for product life cycle management. Later, I even roped her in to a prominent role in our ERP implementation. Jennifer's adaptability and intelligence made her willing and effective in these challenging assignments.
