  LARCH 300, "Introductory Landscape Architecture Design Studio" is taken by a wide range of students interested in the Landscape Architecture field, and is a required course for the Landscape Architecture major. This course is an introduction to history, theory, and the development of design and graphic skills. It explores site analyses, drawing to convey design concepts, relationship of visual perception to drawing, role of values in design, verbal communication, and behavioral analysis of the design process.
