In this role I reported directly to Rosie Cooper, Head of Programmes. I was responsible for working on and taking forward a number of specific projects for Biennial 2016 working directly with artists and professional organisations and partner venues. The role required advanced organisational skills, working to tight time deadlines, control of project budgets and invoicing. I constructed spreadsheets for each project to assist me in keeping control of the various parallel projects I ran. I had active involvement in the weekly programme meetings and one-to-one sessions with my line manager in which I reported weekly progress and achievements and any issues which had arisen. I also worked with development and marketing teams to support specific projects. Show less
