Investigate + integrate new strategies to grow revenue via 1:1 studio team calls including grassroots marketing and local brand partnerships. Implement full funnel strategies to increase sales with innovative ideas to improve the client journey and purchase cycle. Review pricing strategies to increase overall revenue and present on monthly franchise calls. Monitor compliance via brand standards within all outward facing assets. Collaborate with the franchise, creative, tech, product, studio and finance teams to maximize each initiative across all business units.
