Jen Audia is one of my favorite people I’ve worked with and have as a teammate. We worked together for 5 years at Giant Bicycle, Inc and tackled a lot of projects together. I watched her quickly move up the corporate ladder. Her true passion and determination for what she does are displayed in how well she does her job. She often makes it look effortless and fun. She made working hard with her fun and enjoyable. From strategy planning, staying on budget, having innovative & creative marketing ideas, for a powerful and fast-growing brand to mentoring ambassadors, teaching retailers skills they need to have today to survive and thrive, empowering others and so much more. As a project manager, I always knew I could count on her & trust her to do her part and then some. She always exceeded my expectations and made magic happen. I love that she is real, honest and can be trusted and has a high moral standard. I really admire her emotional intelligence, presentation/speaking skills, and writing style. Her combination of artistic, managerial, technical skills makes her a powerful and valuable team player and industry leader. I continued to learn from her in so many ways even though we no longer work together. She is a game-changer. I don’t think there is anything she can’t do if she puts her mind to it. She is one I’m watching to see what amazing things she is doing.

Jen Audia is an absolute force. I consider it a feather in my hat to have the honor of hiring Jen Audia to work at Liv Cycling. When she started as an Event Specialist for Liv AKA Demo Driver, we knew she was destined for upward mobility at the brand. She began setting the bar for how consumer and retailer relations should be approached (her processes are still in place today) and we often received ample praise regarding her work from dealers, consumers, and our sales team. Jen quickly moved in the US Liv Marketing Manager position the moment the position was available. We knew she was the right choice and she continues to prove that is the case. In her role as the US Liv Marketing Manager, Jen implemented the first Liv Cycling Ambassador camp and help to create the industry standard of events of these nature. She continues to grow and evolve the ambassador program year over year, again setting the industry standard. As Liv continues to grow and mature, Jen heads up the brands largest market and is often the benchmark and leader for other sales companies overseas. Jen is a constant champion for Liv and advocates for a market with endless potential in creative and meaningful ways. Jen is a clear-headed thinker, gets to the point quickly and gets the work done. She is equal parts high-level thinker and workhorse. Never afraid to get her hands dirty or take on a new challenging project. Jen ability to see the big picture, but drill down to minute details is a skill I have always admired in her. She is a senior-level marketer, delightful to work with and would be a welcome asset to any team.
