  Have you heard of the Recruitment Canaries? It's an elite group of sixty seven recruitment agencies all with ties to Birmingham and the West Midlands. They were brought together by a mutual desire to collaborate, share successes, best practice and ideas. Within the Recruitment Canaries, five of these companies identified their mutual desire to grow their teams over the next year. These six leading professional staffing recruitment companies, cover IT, Marketing, Teaching and HR, and have over 200 staff between them already. I have the unique role of identifying the right talent to fit with these well-established agencies and their existing teams. Reporting directly to the MDs of each business gives me exclusive access to their teams and offices; meaning that I have an in-depth understanding of each organisation - from their culture to their commission plans to growth/ expansion.
