  I’m responsible for the organisation and administration of all marketing at Elidyr Communities Trust. With more than 20 years sales experience, followed by management of a live music venue I arrived at C Elidyr Communities Trust in 2015 ready to try something new. I began by working closely with residents and learners as a learning support worker before taking on a marketing role in September 2017. Having the initial experience of working face to face with the young people, provided real insight into what matters to the families we support and shaped my understanding of how we should market the unique experience we offer. Now one of the highlights of my job is showing potential new families around our wonderful site and seeing firsthand the reaction of people when they see what’s available. Show less
