One of the areas that I take the most pride in is maintaining a documented high level of customer engagement and interaction by using collaborative communication methods. This allows for the establishment of streamlined tasks, goals, and functional objectives while developing campus-based policies and procedures to ensure positive, effective, and open relationships with all internal and external clients. This is further expanded with the innovative guidance used in compliance-related disputes regarding the application of Title IV processes and procedures by enacting critical research that utilizes a collective approach that pools information from my personalized knowledge base, Industry-wide best practices, my professional network of colleagues, and the US ED’s databases Show less
