Examples of successful grants developed during my term are listed below;Livelihood• Sustainable and Resilient Agribusiness Development in Mercedes – 3 year project worth NZ$ 617,805. This project aims to increase sustainable economic growth by introducing 1000 rice farmers and labourers to System of Rice Intensification (SRI) farming techniques; 150 fisherfolk to research-based fish farming; and 420 households to vegetable farming in rural Barangays (villages) of Mercedes, Camarines Norte.
