      Als Procurement Manager beheers en bestuur ik de goederenstroom tot aan de productie. Levitech heeft sinds de start van mijn werkzaamheden de productie van machines in eigen hand genomen. Dit heeft dit sterke invloed gehad op het ERP systeem. Ik heb het volledige ERP systeem aan de nieuwe behoeftes van Levitech aangepast. Levitech is een relatief klein bedrijf dus aanvullend neem ik ook de rol aan als Technisch Inkoper. Hierbij ben ik mede verantwoordelijk voor het vaststellen, uitvoeren van het inkoopbeleid en speel ik een centrale rol in de verwerving van zowel maak- als kooponderdelen. Hierbij wordt gelet op behoeften vanuit de supply chain, kwaliteit, kosten en technische capabilities van de leveranciers. Naast het tactische karakter behelst deze functie ook een aantal operationele taken waaronder het verwerven van producten en diensten van een adequate kwaliteit binnen de beschikbare levertijd en tegen een goede prijs. Binnen de functie vallen de volgende taken: Structureren en optimaliseren van inkoopprocessen; Het selecteren van leveranciers met benodigde capaciteiten, die passen binnen het kwaliteitsbeleid tegen minimale TCO Splits het, of gebruik en in lijn zijn met huidige en toekomstige (technologische) ontwikkelingen; Onderhouden en in lijn zijn met huidige en toekomstige (technologische) ontwikkelingen; Onderhouden en beheren van de inkooprelaties; Leveranciersmanagement; het opstellen van KPI’s voor leveranciers op het gebied van o.a. prijs, kwaliteit, snelheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid; Het inkopen van goederen en diensten.
