  - Developed methodology and delivered results of benefit-cost analysis (Investment case) for 9 WFP-assisted countries. Acted as project manager the design of impact evaluation of conditional cash transfers versus food for education in Cambodia jointly with the World Bank. Supported Policy Division (PSS) and 8 WFP Country Offices in the design and implementation of cost effective and needs-based school feeding programmes. Mission in Tajikistan visiting the WFP Country Office in Dushanbe undertaking benefit/cost analysis of the school feeding programme and preparatory for the Tajikistan Stakeholders workshop. Conducting a cost assessment of WFP School feeding programmes on the annual basis in order to compare the cost efficiency of different school feeding modalities and to identify cost containment opportunities. Supporting Government of Rwanda in the cost assessment of two national school feeding programmes and preparatory for the workshop.Acted as focal point on design of quantitative and qualitative research on the impacts and outcomes of WFP School Feeding Programme. Calculated the global needs for school feeding (66 million children) based on food security and education indicators.
