Kate works with me as the lead Business Analyst on a strategic project for one of the largest Financial Services organizations in Canada. She is the lead BA responsible for the policy workstream, which has a team of five additional Business Analysts working across multiple geographies. She has led the work stream to ensure that functional system requirements are gathered for each sprint. The scope of the project is a foundational release for one province in Canada for a commercial product offering to lay the groundwork for a Pan-Canadian product. Kate joined this workstream to take over after the former lead was moved to lead other efforts on the program. She has been able to hit the ground running and establish credibility with the other BA’s, Development Team and the client SMEs. She shows a willingness to take on more responsibility and has proven her ability to be successful with new tasks when they are presented. I would recommend Kate as she is a knowledgeable, dedicated, detailed oriented and maintains a very positive attitude no matter how difficult things are at the time.
