Jenny is a rare talent in her field. Throughout our time working together at Elevate Packaging, she was an outstanding teammate and mentor to myself and all those on our team. Jenny has the unique ability to take complex concepts and transform them into understandable and relatable ideas. I saw her demonstrate this time and time again working with clients who were new to the packaging industry, as well as with our summer interns who always went to Jenny first to ask questions and to learn more. Jenny also was a great asset to have on the team to manage clients. She related well to many of our clients and was able to empathize and understand their concerns, and create well thought out solutions to address their needs. Jenny and I worked closely together on a number of projects with Foresight Design Initiative from January of 2014 to August of 2016. During this time I found myself continually impressed and inspired by her tireless work ethic and incisive intelligence. Jenny's most defining characteristic, however, is her passion for helping those around her live up to their fullest potential. Jenny has an almost preternatural ability to quickly cultivate relationships with her coworkers, clients, and students that challenge and motivate them to discover their personal brand of leadership. When taking the reins of a project, Jenny will deftly balance the existing expertise and development potential of her team as she delegates responsibility. When assigned a particular task, Jenny will be sure to hit all deadlines and consistently produce high quality work, all while making herself available to support her colleagues in their assignments and providing helpful feedback to her manager.
