Jeff provides not only brilliant digital marketing strategy, but gives clarity to complicated analytics and metrics. He delivers critical data with the unique ability to educate clients on behavioral reasons behind scientific metrics - so as to understand the actual humans behind the numbers. His capacity and willingness to help others develop those same methods, perspectives and intuitions is rare. Under Jeff’s guidance, we increased room revenue at our boutique hotels by up to 28.9% YoY, while enjoying an average Google Ads ROAS of 11:1. Our conversion rate on Google Ads averaged 20%. Most recently, we refreshed our Innsofsanibel.com website and completely overhauled belltowerhotel.com and annarborregent.com sites.
