Jeff and I have worked together through three acquisitions (not to mention various company-wide initiatives) and I am always overjoyed when he's on board! It can be difficult to manage projects with large technical tasks – oftentimes the developer you are working with isn't able to give you visibility into what's really going on. But Jeff has the rare ability to speak to the most complicated projects in accessible terms. I always have a great handle on what is happening now and what's on the horizon.
