Working with Jeff was a real pleasure and he is great at what he does. Many customers reported that the support they received from Jeff was above and beyond. When needed, he was able to coordinate with the engineering department to get the details needed to patch a bug or create a new feature. Jeff was highly engaged and was often an early alert for issues with our web sites. Jeff was the most outspoken in giving actionable feedback to the sites that I managed, which benefited the whole team. Jeff was active in improving our company culture. When we switched to remote work for COVID-19, Jeff put together a recurring virtual event that improved engagement and team-building. Cerberus also put together a company volunteering committee, which of course Jeff immediately applied himself to. I can strongly recommend Jeff for software support, and I also think he would bring great organizational benefits to any role.
