I worked with Jeff for over 8 years and have been impressed with his attention to experimental detail. He handles large volumes of data and present them in clear and easy to manage reports. He takes the time to really understand customer needs and brings that knowledge to every level of the product development process. He's a self-motivated scientist and I always looked forward to having Jeff on my project teams.

Jeff joined our growing R&D group shortly after completing his Masters and was very quick to learn the demands of this new industry, technologies, products and manufacturing. This ability to learn remains a key strength for Jeff as he has moved to new technologies and different challenges. Jeff's scientific methodology is very strong. He is thorough, detailed, an analytical thinker and a good problem solver. He is a self-starter, working with little direct supervision and his work product is complete and always focused on providing manufacturing with scalable products, appropriate process specifications and test methods, and a product that will meet VOC while minimizing time-to-market. Jeff's teamwork and communication skills have allowed him to take projects through from new materials design and lab prototypes working with the R&D team, to production line prototypes in Colorado and in our sites in Georgia and Germany. He has been directly involved in customer testing of the new products and optimizing customer standard operating procedures. One product that Jeff brought to market represented 23% of our volume in 2008 and was manufactured in 4 locations across 3 continents. For the last year and a half Jeff had been directly supervising a lab technician and his development in this area has progressed well and is an area that will continue to strengthen his contributions within any organization. Jeff has always been a pleasure to work with and has been an integral part of the R&D community here at Kodak.
