      With a staff of around 60 people, we all wear many hats. I am The Dayton Foundation's HR team, but I receive plenty of support from several key members of our Administration team. My responsibilities include recruitment & retention, employee relations, coordination of our Equity trainings (DEI), benefits administration, staff development, compensation, and more.
