I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey J. Spitzer during his time as VP of Engineering at Inova Drone, and I can confidently say that he is a true asset to any team. He's a strategic thinker with a creative approach, who can roll up his sleeves and get the job done. Jeff's technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for innovative design make him a standout engineer, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seasoned engineering leader.Jeff has a wealth of experience in engineering, but he's much more than just a super high level engineer. I was especially impressed by his people skills, his team-building skills, and his overall leadership qualities. Jeff has an innate ability to lead and inspire his colleagues to perform at their best, which was evident in his role at Inova Drone, where he oversaw the development of both the large commercial drone and mobile ground control station product lines. Jeff's management of the IP, technical direction, manufacturing process, and commercialization of complex electromechanical products was truly impressive.
