Directly led the company's programs, solely streamlining financial and fiscal elements of government contracts. Carried out executive tasks in the absence of executive director. Directed and managed the in-house employment, medical clinic, education counseling and case management staff.Highlights:♣ Provided strategic management of $2 million annual county and state government contracts for transitional housing, medical and mental health, and case management services.♣ Progressively maintained program expenditures within budget parameters, and rendered daily accounting and administrative functions.♣ Achieved distinction with a $500,000 contract serving over 100 returning emancipated college students by successfully negotiating partnership with Alameda County Social Services, Cal State East Bay, and International House Dormitories in the creation and launch of a summer housing program for emancipated foster youth.♣ Preserved direct professional relations with key stakeholders and community partners.♣ Instituted and implemented guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with all government regulations and alignment with the organization's mission.
