  As wholesale educator, I work with Intelligentsia’s wholesale partners in training the café staff in every aspect of coffee brewing and help maintain a good relationships between Intelligentsia and our clients.

  As a trainer, I was required to complete a number of tasks such as maintaining an efficient and positive morale amongst the crew, guide members of the staff in better ways to serve our guests, keeping up quality standards of all our products, and leading all training of baristas new and old. As part of the education arm of retail, I was also tasked with weekly quality control meetings to taste/score the coffees available.
