Assisted building owner in creating and implementing not-for-profit (“NFP”) leasing program with New York City and State agencies, to permit NFP office tenants tax-free occupancy in downtown high-rise. Assisted major national retail clothing company in leasing approximately 350,000 square feet of office space in Midtown Manhattan for its global headquarters. Represented building owner in a lease for more than 400,000 square feet of office and retail space in a downtown office building to a major investment banking firm for its new worldwide headquarters. Act as retail leasing counsel for a New York City-based high-rise residential developer/landlord, assisting with entire retail portfolio. Represent well-known NYC theatre chain with leasing and transactional real estate work. Represent several New York-based banks for national branch bank and office leasing programs.
