During my tenure at SmartTruck Jeff moved from writing technical and installation manuals to being our single point of contact for all regulatory efforts in North America and around the world. An excellent writer he was able to be our interpreter for all of the very complex EPA and NITSA safety regulations for the heavy truck industry.
