As I've continued my career at Sable Systems I have taken on tasks that are outside of my defined responsibilities. Sable Systems has continued to grow at a rapid pace while I have been a team member and we have been faced with many challenges during the expansion. In addition to my defined responsibilities I have taken on managing IT as well as developing a system for identifying and implementing testing practices to better deal with nonconforming products. I was also selected to lead a multi-departmental team tasked with identifying and creating a plan to solve any issues that effect customer satisfaction. We worked to implement a customer feedback system for measuring customer satisfaction and analyzing customer feedback to improve our internal processes. I have also taken on a leadership roles in a support team that has expanded from 2 members to 6 members during my time at Sable. I have developed a reputation as a strong problem solver and most, if not all, of my colleagues rely on my to provide product information and solutions to internal and external issues.
