Jeffrey worked on several mixed use projects for us. He took the time to get to know each project intimately and projected details that became "difference" makers in project approvals. I enjoyed working with him and always look forward to his fresh perspectives and willingness to help.

I had the pleasure of serving as Jeff's point of contact for evaluating a large scale mixed use development project, Bella Tara, in Osceola County. In his submittals and presentations, Jeff demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalsm, while being open and inviting to staff comments and recommendations. In working with Jeff, I found him to be very knowledgeable, as well as innovative in his approach to planning and urban design. His work products were among the most clear, concise and compliant I had the pleasure of reviewing during my appointment as Comprehensive Planning Coordinator. I would highly recommend the services of his firm, where he serves as managing partner.

Primary responsibilities involve managing the entitlement and master planning for residential and mixed-use communities in Florida ranging in size from 2 acres to 80,000 acre DRI’s. This requires me to advise clients on the best project approach by understanding local market fundamentals while creating a development strategy to maximize the value of their land assets. Strengths recognized in design, community planning, public speaking and consensus building while representing the client’s interests. Show less
