  Designing and managing an operations and production team of over 16 individuals for the Dirty Girl Mud Run, The Ugly Sweater Run, and Subaru Winterfest. In charge of overseeing the full build out, all operations, and load out/clean up of all events at several locations across the country. The main point of contact during the event and ensuring a positive event for participants, sponsors, and the operations team.

  Start line emcee at Dirty Girl Mud Run and Ugly Sweater Run. Drawing participants to the start line and covering any safety precautions and medical protocol. Getting participants excited, loose, and smiling/laughing prior to sending them out on course.Emcee at Subaru Winterfest, drawing individuals into the activation and interacting with them. Leading the drawing and giveaways at the end of each event day.

  Human Movement Management (HMM) is an entertainment and event management company that produces various 5k fun runs, triathlons, beer festivals, obstacle races, and outdoor events in North America. I travel across the country to the various events and assist with the organization and set up of the event, as well as the event execution and emcee at the start or finish line on race day. Necessary skills include working well in a team, communication, organization, interacting well with participants, building relationships, ability to work long hours, and maintaining focus in a very fast paced environment with a lot of moving parts.

  Supervising the Intramural Soccer Program consisted of recruiting and managing employees, training new officials, creating weekly work schedules, conducting interviews, and the hiring and firing of officials. Other duties included opening and closing the facility, manage/supervise officials as well as the game at hand, record hours of all working officials, intervene when games begin to get out of hand. It was important to endorse a positive and healthy environment for students playing soccer, provide appropriate aid to injured players, and complete all necessary paperwork.
