Evaluate cost variances and trends and forecast costs of work in progress.Ensure cost report and schedule alignment. - Determine the cost history of a variety of project construction and maintenance activities including labor, equipment and materials. - Determine actual and committed cost status of assigned projects. - Review cost and schedule performance including detailed budget variances and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Create and update schedules using CPM practices and procedures including activity creation, WBS organization, physical work progression, resource allocation and earned value calculation, evaluation and reporting of schedule and cost performance indicators. - Prepare interim and completion project progress reports. - Utilize the proper scope control process and accurately incorporate approved changes in the project cost report and schedule. - Manage and maintain the project risk register.
