Completed a full After Action Review and Corrective Action Plan to ensure USAG-D’s compliance with IMCOM-P FSE requirements. - Planned and executed all training for garrison staff members in preparation for Combined Command Post Exercise 20-02, a live and virtual exercise involving units from across the Korean peninsula focused on contingency operations. Training consisted of classes on the Military Decision Making Process, Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations, Base Defense Operations, and RSOI. Served as the Battle Captain for the two-week exercise, responding to all injects, coordinating the staff, and updating products for higher headquarters daily. - Served as the Installation Operations Center (IOC) manager. - Completed 21 FEMA online courses and earned CP-12 Emergency Management Level 1 certification. - Planned, resourced, led and evaluated an Airfield Accident Training Exercise to refine garrison SOPs and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in response to a catastrophic event.
