      My career progression with EXL originated with entry level outside sales. My promotion to Regional Director of Marketing was predicated by almost a year of exceeding my monthly quota without fail. Almost half of which instances, my monthly quotas were more than doubled. As Sacramento’s Marketing Director my role transitioned to not only, one of sales, but also one of management. Interviewing, training, goal setting and assigning of territory of our local sales team became my primary function.
