  WMA has grown into a worldwide company, fielding over 150 instructors teaching on all seven continents. My job was to design and write the curriculum in cooperation with the medical director and 150+ other experienced and (usually) helpful instructors. This is not merely interesting, it was a great deal of fun. I continue to support and teach with the organization and offer my opinion when it cannot be avoided.
