I had the distinct pleasure of training with Mr. Hyle as an Assistant General Manager trainee at a Marriott property. Training is always difficult for a leader to fit in their schedule, but Jeff understands the value in developing those around him. Jeff was recently promoted to Sous Chef when I trained with his property but his ability to handle his staff and develop those around him made him seem like a veteran leader. His ability to adapt to situations and work with his superiors showed his true commitment to the industry. Jeff is definitely one of those leaders that puts his team and hotel first. I hope I have the opportunity to work with him in the future.
