Peter Eells
Jeff and I only worked together for 9 months at ACCC, but I rapidly became aware of his pragmatic approach to the design process and his ability to motivate his team. Jeff is a realist, understanding what lies ahead in a program and from what I see forecasts accurately. With his broad skill set he was able to help team members through the more difficult coding processes, and kept a good overview of what was happening with each team member. I wish him well in his new endeavor at Esterline - Korry Electronics. He will be sorely missed here at ACCC.

Jeff was amazing to work with during our time together at Custom Control Concepts. He became my supervisor toward the end of my employment at CCC. But we worked together on several projects up to that point as well and his work and knowledge in his field as a software engineer was incredible to see in motion as well as his kind demeanor and professional approach was a great combination to work with. He was a pleasure to work with/for and I believe we made a good team when we were finally paired up on a new way of designing interface buttons. His innovative software idea to streamline the way each of the four button states that the user interface needed produced eliminating a lot of production time in Photoshop. Therefore streamlining the process was nothing short of inspiring. He is a craftsman and true visionary in his field and anyone who knows him would say nothing less.
