I work closely with our Outside Salesman and our Project Manager on upcoming large onsite septic jobs. Primarily dealing with residential septic and lift stations, constant review of plans and communication with our vendors is a daily occurrence. I follow up with all customers to make sure the job is going according to the designs called out and if there are any design changes as well that need to be looked at. As a PC I work closely with our inside sales team about helping them get the basic knowledge on onsite septic parts and help them identify problems that might arise to help better assist our customers. When working in our Inside Sales team position I helped customers both in person and via phone calls with orders they have. I maintained a constant communication line with vendors about product availability and lead times if our warehouse did not have the product on hand. I also worked closely with our purchasers on acquiring in-house transfers and setting up purchase orders to fulfill customer orders. For 6+ months I was the top order writer for our branch and was 2x dollar amount in sales for the month of July 2019 and September 2019. My constant goal to be top order writer and salesman was the reason for my advancement into a larger roll within the company. Show less

I helped assist our warehouse team in a fast pace environment that involved pulling Will-Calls, Truck routes, checking in material and UPS shipping. While working in the warehouse I became the backup lead to our warehouse manager which included helping our inside sales, outside sales team schedule trucks for delivery and maintain communication with purchasers about purchase orders that had issues. I helped maintain our warehouse and yard so that customers and freight trucks could pass through without accidents to products or employee's. From the second lead, I became interim manager helping teach new employee hires on the day-to-day basics and teaching them interworking's of our computer system and our product inventory scanners. I helped train them moving large material within the yard with a forklift. I was in constant communication with other branches about inventory issues, truck scheduling and any other issues that might arise. Show less

I helped supervise a team of 5 in a small, but demanding warehouse. I helped provide order fulfillment for UPS, freight and delivery orders. I helped schedule freight trucks for delivery and made sure that all items leaving our warehouse went through a quality check before sending out. While working close with my team members I maintained a day to day itinerary with our owner on all outbound and incoming freight. I would strategize with management about ways to consolidate products to help maintain a clean and safe warehouse that had limited space. I worked closely with the inside sales team about new product coming into the warehouse, and upcoming promotions that would cause an influx in product throughout the warehouse. Show less

Had multiple rolls within the company from shipping department, freight department, and claims department. When working in the shipping department I helped package all outgoing orders to customers via UPS or FedEX. This included working with international packages as well. I helped input all freight paperwork into our SAGE MAS computer program for our records to help verify where the pallets were going and what they contained. This roll also involved calling freight companies for pick ups at our warehouse and scheduling times that would work for our hours. Working in the freight department I helped put all pallets together with material that would be going out via freight trucks. This was a wide variety of table saws, kits, and other accessories that might be included. I also helped unload all incoming containers that had product coming in from Taiwan, making sure that the container had no damage to the products that were in there at the time of delivery. While working in the freight area it was also important to make sure that all large product was safely stored without incident or creating a hazardous condition for forklifts to drive in and around. Working in the claims department it was crucial to document the issues that the customer had with their material and fixing the issue to the best of our ability. I also helped assist in refurbishing table saws that could be bought via warranty or at a lower price for customers. Claims department worked closely with our service department team that would help assist if necessary on any other design changes. Show less
