• I entered PubFactory in 2013 as a Mid-Level Software Engineer. At this time all client’s implementations were on their own code base, and I worked on a small group of 5 of those clients. • In 2016 PubFactory refocused and began migrating all client codebase into a single platform and at that time I was promoted to Senior Software engineer and began working on pulling the features out of each individual client application into the new unified Platform • In 2019 I was promoted to Principal Software Engineer. • Today I am involved in every facet of our Platform from content ingestion, infrastructure management, backend and front-end development, as well as design, spec’ing, and implementation. • The challenges I am currently focused on include migrating our monolithic application to a microservices architecture featuring a React front and RESTful backend, while balancing client feature requests on the current platform.
