      Jeff founded Square Mile in 2006. Square Mile (now Affinius Capital) is a private investment management firm with a focus on real estate and real estate related opportunities. As an independent firm through 2021, Square Mile took a value oriented approach to its investment activities, with an emphasis on opportunities to acquire or capitalize assets and enterprises that were undervalued, overlooked, complex or mispriced.
