Fan Terminal: Improved from 4 per day to 37 per day BUC/BBS: established 2 minute cycle times Reduce the necessary foot print of chilled beam production by 50% Set a standard cycle time for DID units based on the speed of the painting process and line balanced pre-paint and post paint processes. Reduced the cycle time of QLCI production from 17 minutes to 4 minutes and identified further improvement that will further reduce the by ~1 minute more. Floor Diffuser conceived a process intended to improve overall Quality and reduce cycle times from 3 minutes to 1 minute. - Implemented Quality checks that have stabilized Quality at the Punch(CNC) by monitoring tool wearing. - Identified area of necessary improvement in the testing lab and challenged conventional thinking through test proposals involving changes in the use of adhesives. - In the TROX multinational TPS/Lean, achieved continuous improvement that resulted in TROX USA reaching third over-all in the Annual TPS Audits.
