EV Cargo is a global organization that specializes in the transport of commodities around the universe. As an AOG employee, I am responsible for aiding customers with the relocation of important aircraft components from one site to another. In particular, I am tasked with the responsibility of raising both importation and exportation clearance for cargo in order to ensure smooth transportation. Furthermore, it is my obligation to ensure that shipments are properly inspected or secured and delivered on schedule to airlines. In certain circumstances, I am required to compute quotations for clients as well as oversee life-saving shipments that must be handled with extraordinary care. Overall, notwithstanding the fact that this profession requires accuracy, focus, good communication, commitment, and the capacity to multitask, I am flourishing. Overview of task: -Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures. -Request and compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents in time to ensure smooth execution of customs processes. - Managing incoming urgent requests from Airlines to deliver components whiles ensuring Materials are properly delivered within the contractual lead time. -Maintaining efficient communication with customers (internal & external) -Managing Ad hoc demands, coming from Operators requesting Material for sales, loans, or exchange of aerospace Material on an AOG basis (Customer on Demand Services) -Ensure prompt/quickly respond to the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests in the most effective way -Act as the main driver to the health of the supply chain by detecting and documenting abnormal status.
