  Managed the test program for the Courtland, AL production facility which consisted of diverse test engineers working to validate requirements for ground breaking hypersonic missiles as well as conventional ballistic missile subsystems. Duties include personnel management, test plan and procedure reviews and approval, site proposal documentation and management, and working across business areas and boundaries to develop goal oriented plans to meet and exceed customer expectations. Previous LM work experience includes flight test planning for hypersonic missiles.
