  Working as Research Assistant at DuPont (until 2016 Dyadic Nederland B.V.) in different projects, subsidized, third party and strain improvement projects with the aim to produce enzymes using a patented fungal expression platform. Within the biofuel project I was responsible for testing enzyme mixtures on several biomass substrates. These enzyme mixtures were also tested on a variety of biomass substrates for third parties, small scale and large scale (fermentation scale). I performed the experiments and analyzed the results. Writing technical reports and discussing progress and results with project leaders was een important part of my job.
