I travel a lot to make presentations for workers regarding our union.These presentations include: education, member organizer trainings, steward trainings, political and lobbying activities that benefit our membership. I visit members at their homes to gather data regarding their concerns and to bring them into the activity of our union.

These included: Laborer, Oil, gas and nuclear pipe inspector, heavy equipment operator of various types: payloader, bulldozer, various cranes overhead, Hullett, bridge crane, Euclid dump truck driver. I held dual employment with USWA and the U.S. Steel Corporation during this period. I gave up my duel employment status in 2002 when I took employment with AFSCME International Union as an Organizer. I accepted my pension from U.S. Steel in 2002 and left on good terms. Show less
