Benjamin Lee
Jeffray started the HRD function in Sep 2010. He worked for slightly over 3 years in HR before being transferred to our Business Development team. During his time in HR, Jeffray created the first staff induction/orientation programme and designed the first employee handbook. He created the company employee performance management process and online system, including probation process and SMART goals system. He also conducted several in-house workshops in the UK and Malaysia. The workshops included annual workshops, office managers' workshop, group induction workshop, and Character Building Training. Jeffray also co-created the first competency development framework with the HR team. He also oversaw our first-ever Employee Engagement survey analysis and reporting with me.
