Jeff demonstrates the rare ability to work with a potential client to clearly articulate consulting business solutions to utility industry business problems (particularly in emerging technology areas such as Smart Grid), then serving in a key delivery leadership role (including rolling up his sleeves to complete deliverables), and finally being able to manage the consulting operational/business management aspects of a portfolio of projects. Jeff consistenly provided practical/experienced based solutions for utility industry clients throughout the country. Jeff is highly regarded not only by clients, but the staff that support him. He is a people oriented leader who can drive results and ensure the team has some fun doing it...I highly recommend Jeff for any business leadership a company may require.

I didn't realize we were playing Chess at the time....... I was privileged to work with Jeff when we were starting up a new business unit together with the company. Jeff is a strategist’s strategist and he was able to "see" the outcomes of meetings and how they would align to our goals as a group many steps before the outcome would be visible to most people. He demonstrated leadership and mentoring to many people in our group and also rolled up his sleeves and helped out projects when necessary. One of the testaments to an individual in this business is how many people would be willing to work with you again. I have yet to meet anyone who wouldn’t enjoy working with or for Jeff again.
