Jeffrey S. Gartzman is an accomplished Atlanta tax attorney and CPA who has been practicing tax law in Atlanta for over 30 years. His goal is to help you resolve IRS and state tax problems, find tax relief and settle tax debt. He handles IRS Audits, IRS Appeals, IRS Payroll Tax Problems, Offshore Voluntary Disclosure/Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) Matters, IRS Liens, Levies and Collection Matters and Tax Planning. Mr. Gartzman has been licensed as an attorney since 1982 and as a CPA since 1984. He received a Masters in Tax Law degree in 1988. Mr. Gartzman is an active member in Atlanta and Georgia professional associations for tax lawyers and CPAs. He is a former IRS Taxpayer Education Program instructor.
